  1. Develop and deliver product demonstrations to customers and prospects, tailored to their specific needs and requirements.
  2. Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide sales support.
  3. Generate technical sales materials including product specifications, value propositions, and competitive positioning.
  4. Architect and design solutions that meet customer business needs and present them in a clear and concise manner.
  5. Provide pre-sales engineering services, demonstrate understanding of security and surveillance solutions, and prepare Bill of Materials for project bidding.
  6. Evaluate bid documents and terms of references to provide electronic security solutions and assist the sales team with BOM/surveys and technical concerns during project proposals and demonstrations.
  7. Perform site surveys, prepare project costing, security system designs, technical papers, and diagrams; communicate with suppliers for support on issues.
  8. Plan, schedule, coordinate, and monitor assigned projects, performing risk analyses to improve project outcomes and profitability.

Qualifications:

  1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering ( Mechanical or Electrical)
  2. Licensed is an advantage.
  3. Candidate must demonstrate exceptional communications, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  4. Pre-sales experience is an advantage in industrial settings.
  5. With project background related to Industrial/ Food and Beverage industries.
  6. Excellent organizational, time management, oral/written communication, and presentation skills; able to work independently and exhibit urgency when needed.
