Overall Project Delivery

  • Provides an overall direction and common goal for a project.
  • Identifies project risks and documents appropriate mitigation strategies.
  • Manages the project schedule, cost and quality.
  • Eliminates road blocks and issues while ensuring efficient communication and collaboration between different departments.
  • Reports to upper management overall progress of the project.
  • Seamless infusion of both the business aspect and technical aspect of the project.
  • Keeps track of industry standards and competitive advantages.
  • Be aware of new technologies and innovations that can benefit our projects.

Project Conceptualization and Planning

  • Triggers project conceptualization and initiates project kick-off.
  • Provides inputs to the project designs and deliverables.
  • Closely monitors the schedule of permits.
  • Tracks project budget approvals to ensure projects are within budget.

Project Operations

  • Conducts project internal launches.
  • Regularly monitors construction schedule, budget and quality.
  • Ensures marketing and sales strategies are aligned to the plans of the project.
  • Oversees the turnover process and timely delivery of units to the clients.
  • Monitors bid and awards status in terms of timeliness and cost.
