OVERVIEW:

The Project Development Manager is responsible for leading and managing the development process of projects from concept to completion. This includes conducting feasibility studies, securing permits, coordinating with government agencies, managing budgets and timelines, and aligning all stakeholders to ensure the project meets its strategic and financial goals.

Qualifications

  • With at least 10 years of Business and/or Project Development experience, preferably in a real estate company with at least 5 years managerial experience
  • Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Business Management/Economics/Accountancy, or any business-related course
  • Post-Graduate degree is an advantage

Knowledge

  • Applicable real estate policies, standard practices, and relevant laws
  • MS Office applications

Skills

  • Proven track record in delivering successful and profitable real estate projects, from conceptualization to execution.
  • Strong leadership in managing cross-functional teams and diverse stakeholders, with the ability to make strategic decisions under pressure and ensure accountability through effective delegation.
  • Financially and strategically adept, with expertise in presenting complex project analyses to executive leadership to support high-level, data-driven decision-making
