Recruitment and Training Specialist

A Recruitment & Training Specialist is responsible for attracting, hiring, and developing employees. This role encompasses both the sourcing and selection of candidates as well as the design and delivery of training programs to enhance employee skills and performance. The specialist collaborates with hiring managers, designs training materials, and ensures that new and existing employees are equipped to succeed.
Key Responsibilities:Recruitment:
- Sourcing and Screening:Identifying potential candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, networking events), and screening applications and resumes.
- Interviewing:Conducting interviews (phone, in-person) to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.
- Negotiating Offers:Facilitating the job offer process and negotiating terms with selected candidates.
- Onboarding:Assisting with the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork and orientation.
- Maintaining Records:Keeping accurate records of candidate information and recruitment activities.
Training:
- Needs Assessment:Identifying training needs through surveys, interviews, and performance evaluations.
- Curriculum Development:Designing and developing training programs, including online modules, presentations, and handbooks.
- Training Delivery:Facilitating training sessions for both new hires and existing employees.
- Evaluation:Assessing the effectiveness of training programs and making adjustments as needed.
- Training System Improvement:Continuously refining training processes and materials to optimize learning.
- Collaboration:Working with managers and other stakeholders to ensure training aligns with organizational goals.
- Budget Management:Managing training budgets and resources.
- Technology Integration:Utilizing technology to enhance training delivery and create engaging learning experiences.

- Fostering employees and facilitating company events.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills .
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills .
- Proficiency in recruitment software.
- Knowledge of training methodologies and best practices .
- Ability to analyze data and identify trends .
- Strong organizational and project management skills .
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team .
- Experience in both recruitment and training is highly desirable .
