We are seeking a dedicated NOC Support Specialist to join our growing team. The NOC Support Specialist is responsible for monitoring network performance, responding to service interruptions, and providing technical support to ensure stable and reliable internet connectivity. The position involves identifying, analyzing, and resolving network issues in coordination with field teams and technical departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor network systems, devices, and links through NOC tools and dashboards.
  • Respond promptly to alarms, outages, or performance degradation issues.
  • Conduct remote troubleshooting and coordinate with OSP and Splicing teams for on-site support.
  • Document and escalate unresolved incidents to higher-level engineers.
  • Prepare reports on network status, outages, and maintenance activities.
  • Assist in preventive maintenance, system updates, and network optimization.
  • Provide technical assistance to clients or internal teams when necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, network security, and safety procedures.
Qualifications
  • Graduate of Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related course.
  • With experience in network monitoring, ISP operations, or technical support is an advantage.
  • Familiar with basic networking concepts (IP addressing, routing, switching, etc.).
  • Proficient in using monitoring tools and remote access applications.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, or holidays.
  • Team-oriented, detail-focused, and able to work under pressure.
