Overview:

We're looking for a motivated Business Development Manager to help grow our client base by identifying leads, building relationships, and closing new business opportunities.

Fulltime: Onsite | Iloilo City | with Incentive and commission

What You'll Do:

  • Reach out to potential clients and convert leads into customers
  • Present company products and services to prospects
  • Manage and update client data in HubSpot CRM
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and prepare simple sales reports
  • Work with Marketing and Sales teams to improve outreach strategies

What You'll Bring:

  • 3+ years of experience in Business Development or Sales
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience using CRM tools (HubSpot preferred)
  • Organized, proactive, and goal-oriented
