Business Development Manager

Overview:
We're looking for a motivated Business Development Manager to help grow our client base by identifying leads, building relationships, and closing new business opportunities.
Fulltime: Onsite | Iloilo City | with Incentive and commission
What You'll Do:
- Reach out to potential clients and convert leads into customers
- Present company products and services to prospects
- Manage and update client data in HubSpot CRM
- Achieve monthly sales targets and prepare simple sales reports
- Work with Marketing and Sales teams to improve outreach strategies
What You'll Bring:
- 3+ years of experience in Business Development or Sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience using CRM tools (HubSpot preferred)
- Organized, proactive, and goal-oriented
