Overview
We're looking for a driven Business Development Manager who enjoys talking to people, building connections, and helping bring in new clients. If you have a call center or sales background and want a career growth opportunity, this role could be a great fit.

What You'll Do
- Contact potential clients and turn leads into customers
- Explain and promote our products and services
- Update and manage client information using HubSpot CRM
- Hit monthly sales targets and prepare simple sales reports
- Work closely with the Marketing and Sales teams to improve strategies
What You'll Bring
- At least 3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or BPO/Call Center roles
- Strong communication, persuasion, and customer-handling skills
- Experience using CRM tools (HubSpot is a plus)
- Organized, proactive, and driven to meet goals
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php50, Php60,000.00 per month
