We are looking for a responsible and hands-on Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee the cleanliness and upkeep of our facility. This role involves supervising janitorial staff, ensuring that all areas are properly cleaned and maintained, and that sanitation standards are consistently met.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, has experience in facility maintenance or commercial cleaning, and can lead a team effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the work of janitorial/housekeeping staff across the facility.
  • Assign daily tasks and monitor the completion and quality of work.
  • Conduct regular inspections of restrooms, hallways, offices, and common areas to ensure cleanliness.
  • Ensure proper use and storage of cleaning materials, tools, and equipment.
  • Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and request restocking when necessary.
  • Train and support new staff on cleaning procedures and safety protocols.
  • Ensure compliance with health, sanitation, and safety standards.
  • Respond to urgent cleaning requests or maintenance-related issues promptly.
  • Maintain cleaning schedules, task checklists, and reports.
  • Knowledge how to manage manpower schedule and deployment.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in janitorial or housekeeping work, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
  • Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety procedures.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage a team and delegate tasks effectively.
  • Physically fit and able to perform cleaning duties if needed.
  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays if required.
  • With TESDA NCII in relation to Housekeeping is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php18,000.00 per month
