Primary Functions Assist maintenance supervisor towards achieving conformance to maintenance plan of all facilities equipment and machineries. Perform skilled work in the construction, maintenance and repair of electrical and electronic equipment, apparatus and fixtures. Detailed Functions Able to test, locate, and repair trouble in electrical circuits and equipment; perform electronic equipment repair and troubleshooting; repair and replace broken or defective parts; repair electrical motors, parts, wiring and other electrical devices. Perform a variety of maintenance tasks, such as preventative maintenance, tagout/lock-out, installations, conveyor system, pumping system, hydraulic system, compressed air system, cooling towers, and responding to emergencies. Coordinate maintenance work with other sections, contractors, and engineers; estimate time, materials, and equipment required for repairs; examine various electrical systems and make recommendations for new equipment, repairs, and modifications. Inspect on regular basis electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment or repair, and to ensure compliance with codes. Implement electrical safe work practices to maintain the site facilities. Manage calibration systems with appropriate records. Maintain records of maintenance and repair work; prepare reports, documentation, and correspondence. Operates auxiliary equipment when the operator is on break or otherwise not available. Responsible for handling spare parts along with the receiving, verifying and storing the same. Assist mechanics and other technical staff in testing, cleaning, and repairing utility systems. Ensure compliance in all quality and productivity programs (GMP and 5S); good housekeeping of plant. Strictly monitor compliance of all QHSE standards and follow up on non-conformance to ensure corrective actions are implemented where necessary. Performing other tasks as needed Minimum Qualifications Degree in Bachelor of Science Engineering and licensed. Minimum 5 years working experience in manufacturing and hands-on experience in Engineering & Maintenance environment. Good communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills. Able to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion. Willing to work on‑site and render overtime or shifting schedules. #J-18808-Ljbffr
