About the role

This is a full-time Housekeeping Team Leader I position with Sodexo On-Site Services Philippines, Inc. Based in Taguig City, Metro Manila, you will be responsible for leading and supervising a team of housekeepers to ensure high standards of cleanliness and customer service are maintained across our client sites.

What you'll be doing

  • Oversee and coordinate the daily activities of the housekeeping team to meet service level agreements and client expectations
  • Allocate and schedule tasks to team members, ensuring efficient workflow and optimal productivity
  • Monitor and inspect the work of the housekeeping team to ensure tasks are completed to a high standard
  • Provide hands-on support and training to team members to develop their skills and capabilities
  • Respond to any customer queries or concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain detailed records and documentation related to team performance and operations
  • Support the implementation of quality assurance programs and continuous improvement initiatives

What we're looking for

  • 1-2 years' experience in a Housekeeping Supervisor or Team Leader role, ideally within the call centre/customer service industry
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with customers
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high quality standards
  • Proficient in the use of relevant housekeeping equipment and cleaning techniques
  • Flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities and demands
