Facilities Maintenance Supervisor Responsibilities Assist maintenance supervisor towards achieving conformance to maintenance plan of all facilities equipment and machineries. Perform skilled work in construction, maintenance and repair of electrical and electronic equipment, apparatus and fixtures. Test, locate and repair trouble in electrical circuits and equipment; perform electronic equipment repair and troubleshooting; replace broken or defective parts; repair electrical motors, parts, wiring and other electrical devices. Perform a variety of maintenance tasks such as preventative maintenance, tagout/lock‑out, installations, conveyor, pumping, hydraulic, compressed air, cooling tower systems, and respond to emergencies. Coordinate maintenance work with other sections, contractors, and engineers; estimate time, materials and equipment required for repairs; examine electrical systems and recommend new equipment, repairs and modifications. Inspect electrical systems, equipment and components regularly to identify hazards, defects and need for adjustment or repair, ensuring compliance with codes. Implement electrical safe work practices to maintain site facilities. Manage calibration systems with appropriate records. Maintain maintenance and repair records; prepare reports, documentation and correspondence. Operate auxiliary equipment when the operator is on break or otherwise unavailable. Handle spare parts, receiving, verifying and storing them. Assist mechanics and other technical staff in testing, cleaning, and repairing utility systems. Ensure compliance with quality and productivity programs (GMP and 5S); maintain good housekeeping of plant. Strictly monitor compliance of all QHSE standards and follow up on non‑conformance to ensure corrective actions are implemented. Perform other tasks as needed. Minimum Qualifications Degree in Bachelor of Science Engineering and licensed. Minimum 5 years of working experience in manufacturing and hands‑on experience in engineering & maintenance environment. Good communication, documentation and interpersonal skills. Able to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion. Willing to work on‑site and be available for overtime or shift schedules.
