Utility is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene within the laguna warehouse environment, including tasks like trash disposal, sweeping, mopping, disinfecting surfaces, restocking supplies like hand soap and paper towels, and ensuring adherence to company sanitation standards, all to provide a clean and healthy workspace for employees.

Key responsibilities may include:

  • Maintain cleanliness of the branch and office assigned to.
  • Maintaining inventory and restocking of cleaning supplies.
  • Properly sorting and disposing of waste according to company recycling guidelines.
  • Adhering to company sanitation standards and reporting any potential hygiene concerns.
  • Following all safety procedures and protocols related to cleaning chemicals and equipment
  • May act as messenger in bringing documents or items for rush transmittal to the branches, drop off sites of online shopping platforms, customers, couriers or suppliers.
  • Assist in warehouse work such as, but not limited to, packing, re-packing, and unpacking of products, loading and transferring of products, inventory, etc.
  • Assist in payment of utility bills when needed.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least with same field of experience (housekeeping/utility)
  • With complete basic requirements (SSS, Pagibig, Philhealth, NBI)
  • Willing to process medical exam and other basic requirements
  • Physical fit to perform repetitive cleaning tasks
  • Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and proper usage
  • Ability to work independently and follow a cleaning schedule
  • Good communication skills to report issues or concerns to supervisors.
