The HR nurse is responsible for the administration of health-related services for the partners and employees of the Firm.

Responsibilities

  • Attend to urgent medical requirements of partners and employees (first aid, initial assessment, coordination for transfer to medical facility
  • Lead the planning and implementation of health and wellness activities (annual physical exam, flu vaccination, health care orientation, health talks, and the like)
  • Assist in the annual renewal of the Firm's health care coverage (lists and reports preparations, coordination with broker)
  • Handle the enrollment and de-enrollment of employees with health care service provider, including release / surrender of health cards
  • Handle the health care coverage administration of partners and employees (outpatient claims, confinement, executive check-ups, and reimbursements) in coordination with broker and service providers
  • Maintain employees' health and related records in strict confidentiality
  • Handle the dissemination of heath information
  • Conduct studies and prepare reports on health and safety of employees, sick leave availments and other related matters
  • Maintain an inventory, and prepare purchases / requisitions of medicines / medical supplies for the Makati office
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned form time to time

Qualifications

  • Education: Graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Nursing; Passed the Nursing Licensure Examination
  • Experience: Has completed at least 50 hours of basic training in occupational nursing
