We're looking Occupational Health Nurse/ HR Staff to be assigned in Lerma, Mandaluyong

Qualifications:

  • Registered Nurse (RN) with valid PRC license
  • OHNAP Certification (Occupational Health Nursing Training)/BOSH Certified
  • Preferably with 1–2 years of experience in occupational health, logistics, manufacturing, or related industries
  • Basic knowledge of DOLE/DOH workplace health compliance standards
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills
  • Good interpersonal and communication abilities
  • First Aid/BLS certification is an advantage
  • Willing to work on-site and conduct rounds in warehouse or dispatch areas.

Main Responsibilities

Occupational Health:

  • Provide first aid and assess work-related injuries or illnesses
  • Coordinate medical exams (pre-employment, annual, return-to-work)
  • Maintain confidential medical records for DOLE compliance
  • Implement health protocols (e.g., vaccinations, COVID-19, fatigue management)
  • Monitor health risks in warehouse and transport operations
  • Work with safety teams on incident reports and risk assessments
  • Manage clinic upkeep and inventory of medical supplies and PPE

HR Support:

  • Assist with onboarding through medical clearance and clinic orientation
  • Track sick leaves and manage return-to-work procedures
  • Update health-related personnel files
  • Support wellness programs and employee health events
  • Coordinate with HMO providers and external clinics

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php23, Php25,000.00 per month
