Job Role: Company Nurse and HR/Admin Assistant

Location: Makati - On site

Work Hours: Night/Graveyard Shift

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Company Nurse:

  • Provide first aid and medical care to employees on-site and prepare reports
  • Responsible in coordinating any reservation of partner medical facility of the employees APE
  • Act as point person for pre-employment medical exam results and other HMO-related matters
  • Ensure clinic compliance with safety and health labor laws and other DOLE reports, and other regulatory agencies
  • Maintain and update employee medical records in accordance with company policies
  • Keep medical equipment clean, safe, and well-organized.
  • Oversee emergency medicine inventory and request replenishments.
  • Handle occupational health concerns and emergencies efficiently
  • Promote health and safety awareness through training and guidance
  • Communicate proactively with Management team any updates

HR/Admin Assistant:

  • Assist with SSS Sickness and Maternity benefit processing.
  • Complete PSA surveys on headcount reporting.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Act as backup for admin-related tasks.

Required Qualifications:

  • Education: Registered Nurse (RN) with valid nursing license
  • Certifications: OHNAP or "BOSH for NURSE" is required.
  • Experience: Minimum 1year experience in a healthcare or occupational health setting, preferably in a corporate or industrial setting
  • Knowledgeable of health and safety regulation and occupational health standards
  • Familiar in MS Office applications (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
  • Ability to conduct health assessments and training
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and record keeping skills
  • Experience with wellness programs and employee health initiatives

Requirements:

  • Willing to work in Makati - Onsite
  • Willing to work in Night/Graveyard Shift
  • Can start ASAP
