Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Senior Sales Manager role located in Metro Manila at Robinsons Land Corporation. The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team, developing sales strategies, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Sales Management, Leadership, and Team Management skills
  • Strong Communication and Negotiation skills
  • Experience in Real Estate Sales or related industry
  • Ability to develop and implement sales strategies
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Knowledge of the real estate market in the Philippines
