Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Manager (REB) located in Metro Manila. The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing sales teams, and achieving sales targets. The candidate will oversee client relationships, conduct market analysis, and develop pricing strategies. The role also involves preparing sales reports, coordinating with marketing teams, and providing leadership and training to the sales staff.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Sales Management, Sales Strategy, and achieving Sales Targets
  • Skills in Client Relationship Management, Market Analysis, and Pricing Strategy
  • Ability to prepare Sales Reports and coordinate with Marketing Teams
  • Leadership and Team Management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Metro Manila
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Prior experience in the real estate industry is mandatory
  • Licensed Real Estate Broker
