Join our motivated Inbound Sales team in a phone-based sales environment where you'll be converting new tradie customer enquiries into subscription sales. There's lots of opportunity to have fun, finesse your sales skills and to exceed your targets.

How you will add value

Hitting Daily Targets (Activity and Revenue):

  • Hit activity and revenue targets by closing sales, sealing the deal and signing tradies up to our platform.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly incentives

Building Relationships:

  • Engage with tradie customers over the phone, learn about their businesses, understand their pain points, and promote the benefits of joining the hipages platform.
  • Manage inquiries and objections.
  • Enter tradie customer details into Salesforce CRM.
  • Provide ad hoc administrative support to the sales team as needed

Compliance and Quality Assurance:

  • Utilise scripts and follow regulations, ensuring high-quality customer interactions.

Your Experience

  • Experience in a phone-based role taking a high volume of inbound calls, preferably in a sales environment. Preferred experience in working to sales targets and KPI's.
  • 4 years of Sales experience (Ideally)
