Key Responsibilities

  • Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: This role involves liaising with various departments such as design, production, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless execution of projects.
  • Leadership and Mentorship: Depending on the organizational structure, this role may involve leading a team of junior engineers or technicians, mentoring them, and helping them grow professionally.
  • Process Improvement and Innovation: Continual enhancement of engineering processes and procedures forms a significant part of this role. This involves identifying areas for improvement, implementing innovative solutions, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Technical or Customer-Facing Responsibilities: Depending on the project requirements, this role may involve specific technical tasks or direct interaction with clients to understand their requirements and ensure their satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in CAD software, project management software, MS Office Suite, and understanding of programming languages are essential for this role.
  • Educational Requirements: A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in EE and ECE. Certifications in project management or related fields would be beneficial.
  • Experience Level: Fresh graduates are welcome.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, adaptability, leadership skills, and the ability to work under pressure are essential for this role.
  • Industry Knowledge: A thorough understanding of the engineering industry, familiarity with industry standards and regulations, and knowledge of the latest industry trends are required for this role.
