Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree on Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer).
• Fresh Grad / Entry Level specializing in IT/Computer - Hardware or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Job Description:

• Installs, configures, troubleshoots and ensures maintenance of products under his/her team as listed in the approved list of supported products.
• Provides accurate and reliable resolutions to problems of the client.
• Handles customer complaints and elevates critical decisions to supervisors if decision is not within authority.
• Ensures that engineer's activity is according to the approved support guidelines.
• Compiles and submits accomplishment reports to Supervisor.
• Documents processes and system configuration.

• Salary between PHP 16,000.00 and PHP 18,000.00
