Key Responsibilities: Business Developement Officer
- Present campaign ideas, strategies, and costings to clients in coordination with the internal team.
- Conduct client pitches and presentations to meet or exceed assigned acquisition and revenue targets.
- Develop business development plans and forecast partnership growth, client opportunities, and revenue projections.
- Identify new business opportunities through meetings, networking, events, and other channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients through regular monthly check-ins and updates.
- Attend industry events, exhibitions, and conferences to represent the company and expand its network.
- Research competitors and industry trends to identify potential areas for growth and service improvement.
- Conduct market research to identify new clients, brands, and agencies aligned with the company's talent portfolio and services.
- Provide regular reports to management, including monthly updates and end-of-campaign summaries detailing partnership progress and performance.
- Negotiate with clients, resolve concerns, and ensure all deliverables and timelines are met.
- Maintain consistent communication with clients throughout all stages of the campaign or project lifecycle.
- Prepare and review service agreements, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Prepare and maintain weekly monitoring reports on business development activities, including related communications and project documentation.
- Source and secure potential clients and brand collaborations for the agency's talent management services.
- Confirm Talent Management Services package rates with management before pitching or signing any agreements.
- Ensure client requirements and deliverables are reviewed and approved by management prior to finalizing any contract.
- Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure campaign ideas and strategies are aligned before presenting to clients.
- Perform other related tasks as may be assigned by the department head or management.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Temporary
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: Php18, Php30,000.00 per month
Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
