Sr Business Development Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Lead client acquisition efforts, including onboarding new clients and ensuring long-term satisfaction.
  • Drive fieldwork activities by visiting key client locations and representing the company in external meetings.
  • Strategize, set, and oversee implementation of social media and communication campaigns to support business development objectives.
  • Develop and execute plans to achieve and exceed sales and growth targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and design initiatives to expand the client base and market presence.
  • Prepare, analyze, and present accurate and timely growth KPI reports, forecasts, and projections.
  • Provide senior management with actionable insights through comprehensive written and verbal presentations.
  • Leverage data to optimize sales strategies, improve reporting metrics, and support business decision-making.
  • Mentor and support junior business development officers in achieving individual and team goals.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in business development, with at least 1–2 years in a senior or lead role (preferably in the IT industry).
  • Proven success in client acquisition, onboarding, and closing high-value deals.
  • Strong background in developing and executing business growth strategies.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and business tools.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and mentoring abilities.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Amenable to report onsite at least 3 days a week in Alabang.
  • Willing to conduct regular fieldwork and client visits.
