Job Qualifications:

  • Education & Licensure:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (required).
  • Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
  • Experience:
  • Relevant experience in civil engineering design, construction, and maintenance projects.
  • Proven track record in technical design and drafting (e.g., site development, roads, drainage, water systems, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience in construction supervision and quality assurance.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in engineering design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D, STAAD, SAP2000, ETABS).
  • Familiarity with BIM (Building Information Modeling) tools is a plus.
  • Knowledge of local and international codes and standards (e.g., ACI, AASHTO, ASTM, Eurocodes).
  • Ability to prepare technical drawings, cost estimates, and construction plans.
  • Project Management:
  • Ability to manage projects from conceptual design through construction and maintenance phases.
  • Experience with scheduling software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
  • Strong understanding of project lifecycle, permitting processes, and site inspections.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Team player with the ability to work with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Attention to detail and high level of organizational skills.
  • Other Requirements:
  • Willingness to travel to job sites and work under field conditions.
  • Knowledge of safety standards and practices in construction.
