Job Summary

The Civil Engineer will oversee and manage construction projects from planning to completion, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with engineering standards. The role requires technical expertise in construction methods, strong project management skills, and the ability to lead teams on-site to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, review, and implement project plans, drawings, and specifications.
  • Supervise construction activities to ensure adherence to design, quality standards, and safety regulations.
  • Conduct site inspections, monitor progress, and resolve engineering and technical issues.
  • Coordinate with architects, subcontractors, suppliers, and the project team to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Estimate project costs, prepare budgets, and monitor expenditures.
  • Ensure compliance with government permits, building codes, and safety regulations.
  • Prepare progress reports and submit documentation required by management and clients.
  • Recommend cost-effective and efficient engineering solutions.
  • Lead, train, and motivate site personnel and workers.
  • Perform other duties assigned by management related to project delivery.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Must be a licensed Civil Engineer or graduate
  • At least 1–3 years of experience in construction project management or site engineering (experience in vertical and/or horizontal projects is an advantage).
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and project management principles.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Willing to be assigned to project sites.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php12, Php15,000.00 per month
