SALES AND MARKETING OFFICER

(With general knowledge in properties, pre-selling, leasing, and the food industry)

Job Title: Sales and Marketing Officer

Department: Business Development / Sales and Marketing

Reports to: Project/Operations Manager

Job Summary:

Responsible for planning and executing sales and marketing strategies to promote company services and products in property (pre-selling and leasing) and food industry ventures. The role combines property knowledge with creative marketing execution and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Operations:
  • Promote property units for lease or pre-sale; conduct site tours, client presentations, and follow-ups.
  • Identify potential clients and develop leads for food stalls, kiosks, leasing spaces, and food park operations.
  • Prepare and present proposals and sales reports.

Marketing Campaigns:

  • Assist in the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing campaigns (traditional and digital).
  • Work with designers, photographers, and media partners for promotions.
  • Conduct market research to analyze trends and competitors in property and food markets.

Leasing Coordination:

  • Handle inquiries and documentation related to lease agreements for tenants.
  • Assist in screening and onboarding of lessees (food stalls, event center clients, etc.).
  • Maintain leasing database and coordinate with Admin and Accounting for compliance and billing.

Event and Activation Support:

  • Support brand activations, property open houses, or food events.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and event logistics teams.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Maintain relationships with existing clients and explore upselling opportunities.
  • Address and resolve client concerns professionally.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably in property or F&B industries.
  • Familiarity with pre-selling, leasing processes, and real estate documentation.
  • Experience in food and hospitality marketing is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in digital marketing tools and CRM software is a plus.
  • Creative mindset with strong planning and organizational abilities
