About the role

As the Marketing Head at B1G Corporation, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's marketing strategy and campaigns. In this full-time position based in Muntinlupa City, Metro Manila, you will be responsible for leading a team of marketing professionals to effectively promote B1G's products and services to target audiences.

What you'll be doing

  • Developing and executing innovative marketing plans and campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive sales

  • Overseeing the creation of engaging content across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional media

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive and consistent brand identity

  • Analysing marketing performance data and using insights to continually optimise campaigns

  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to identify new opportunities for growth

  • Managing and mentoring a team of marketing professionals to foster a high-performing, collaborative culture

What we're looking for

  • Proven track record of at least 5 years in a marketing leadership role, preferably in the marketing and communications industry

  • Excellent strategic and analytical skills, with the ability to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams

  • Proficient in using marketing technologies and data analysis tools to measure and optimise campaigns

  • A creative mindset and the ability to think outside the box to develop innovative marketing solutions

  • Experience in managing and developing a team of marketing professionals
