Job Title: Customer Service Manager (with Sales Background)

Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Manager with a sales background to lead our support operations, ensure excellent customer experience, and support sales performance through structured reporting and follow-through. This role requires an organized, proactive, and reliable leader who can manage people, projects, and processes with precision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, train, and mentor the customer service team to deliver exceptional service.
  • Oversee day-to-day customer service operations and maintain workflow efficiency.
  • Manage small to mid-size projects related to service improvement and sales support.
  • Create, analyze, and maintain accurate sales reports to support data-driven decisions.
  • Attend internal meetings, take clear notes, identify action items, and send them to the assigned individuals.
  • Coordinate, track, and follow up on action items using to ensure timely completion.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, operations, and other internal teams.
  • Resolve escalated customer issues with urgency and professionalism.
  • Identify process gaps and implement solutions to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure all customer service processes meet company standards, KPIs, and compliance guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Customer Service Manager, Team Lead, or similar role.
  • Strong background in sales or sales operations.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Strong experience in project coordination and follow-through.
  • Analytical mindset with experience creating reports and interpreting data.
  • Proficiency with tools such as CRM platforms, customer support systems, and is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment.
  • 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Project Manager, or in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g.,) and GSuite.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
  • Typing Speed is not lower than 40 WPM

Technical Requirements:

  • Own computer setup at home with dual monitors
  • High-speed internet connection
  • Backup device/battery and internet connection
  • Webcam (on-camera required during working hours)
  • USB-type headset with noise-cancellation feature
  • Dedicated workspace free from noise and distractions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php50, Php70,000.00 per month
