Job Summary: The Accounts Specialist - Loan Application ensures timeliness and accuracy of submission of loan applications and monitors the timely release of loans for our clients.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct credit investigations and background investigations for prospective borrowers.
  • Working with clients to prepare applications for loans by compiling, arranging, and reviewing all relevant documents and do follow ups in a timely manner.
  • Initiate and monitor the process up to release/approval of property documents.
  • Prepare accounts folders with completed legal documents for loans application and ensure it is submitted on time.
  • Ensuring loans are processed as per established company procedures and policies.
  • Providing assistance in maintaining various files and following up on client inquiries.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business administration, or related field
  • At least one year of experience working as an Account Specialist or a similar role
  • Solid knowledge of Pag IBIG or banking procedures and financial documentation
  • Ability to handle confidential data in an ethical and professional manner
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Experience working with digital systems/SaAS
  • Good computer skills
  • Ability to work on multiple tasks at once
  • Great organizational skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php24,000.00 per month
