We are actively recruiting two individuals for the Accounting Analyst position.

Role Description

Accounting Analyst - FR & T: The Accounting Analyst position focuses on the preparation of financial statements, i.e. Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flows Statement, and other financial reports. This position is also responsible for providing data needed in the preparation of tax returns.

Accounting Analyst -AR: This Accounting Analyst position focuses on the accounting of branch sales and is mainly responsible for the timely monitoring and accurate recording of all collections deposited by the branches. The Analyst is also responsible for the reconciliation of bank transactions, and other tasks assigned by the Accounting Supervisor / Finance and Accounting Assistant Manager / Senior Finance Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities

Accounting Analyst - FR & T

  • Records, reconciles, and summarizes transactions of all assigned accounts as required in the preparation of LBWPI financial statements including statement of income, statement of financial position, statement of changes in shareholders' equity and statement of cash flows, and other financial reports assigned.
  • Provides summarized data needed in tax returns of LBWPI.
  • Accomplishes assigned tasks related to BIR compliance of LBWPI.
  • Coordinates with internal and external parties to resolve issues, if any.

Accounting Analyst -AR

  • Monitors all collections and deposits made by the branches.
  • Updates bank statements for LBWPI collections.
  • Prepares semi-monthly deposit reconciliation report.
  • Prepares monthly accounting entries related to the branches' sales, cost of goods sold, and other transactions.
  • Prepares monthly monitoring reports for cashless transactions.
  • Prepares monthly BIR sales summary report for LBWPI.
  • Prepares monthly summary of differences between LBO and deposit reports.
  • Updates VAT Relief for LBWPI sales monthly.
  • Coordinates with internal and external parties to resolve issues, if any.

Qualifications

  • A holder of a Bachelor's Degree in any Business Course with a background in Accounting
  • Fresh graduates may be accommodates
  • Amenable to work at Mandaluyong City in a hybrid set-up
