Lhoopa is looking for Accounts Specialists who will handle the Loan Take Out (LTO) and Notice Of Approval (NOA)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Monitor release of Notice of Approval in a timely manner
  • Monitor compliance of client's Notice of Disapproval (NOD). Redeliver compliance to PagIBIG on or before the NOD deadline.
  • Work with clients to sign the Notice of Approval and discuss the details of said document.
  • Coordinate and arrange client's schedule of PagIBIG's Borrower's Validation Seminar (BVS)
  • Prepare and release move-in documents of eligible clients
  • Conduct Move in Seminar
  • Provide assistance in maintaining various files and client inquiries.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business administration, accounting, or related field
  • At least two years of experience working as a loan specialist or a similar role
  • Solid knowledge of financial documentation and procedures
  • Ability to handle confidential data in an ethical and professional manner
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Experience working with digital systems/SaAS
  • Good computer skills
  • Ability to work on multiple tasks at once
  • Great organizational skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php24,000.00 per month
