Key Responsibilities
Global Program Management
- Support the administration and implementation of the ESPP across multiple countries including and lead implementation with
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and anti-discrimination regulations, particularly in EEA countries.
- Coordinate with global ESPP leader to ensure consistency and accuracy.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Lead weekly and biweekly meetings with local payroll and HR teams to define eligible earnings and deduction codes.
- Coordinate with legal and HR teams to refine eligibility criteria and ensure compliance.
- Work with regional HR leads to develop toolkits and educational materials for local implementation.
Data & Reporting
- Utilize GHRS and GPID systems to streamline administrative tasks and automate data flows.
- Communications Coordination
- Distribute multilingual communications including announcement emails, enrollment reminders, FAQs, and tax guides and advise on country-specific items to include in communications
- Coordinate timings with local teams for Fidelity webinars and educational sessions.
- Ensure consistent messaging across HR and management teams globally.
- Meeting Leadership
- Weekly ESPP Planning Meetings
- Country-specific payroll coordination sessions
- Communications touchpoints with HR and internal comms teams
Qualifications
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in equity compensation, benefits administration, or payroll coordination.
- 1-2 years of experience managing an ESPP (preferred)
- Strong understanding of international payroll systems and legal compliance.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders across time zones.
