Leasing Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and assess potential locations based on company requirements.
• Research market conditions, including rental rates, property availability, zoning laws, and legal restrictions.
• Negotiate lease terms with property owners, brokers, or agents.
• Maintain a database of active leases, renewal schedules, and expirations.
• Collaborate with logistics, operations, and compliance teams for warehouse onboarding and approvals.
• Conduct site visits to verify warehouse condition, suitability, and compliance.
• Manage lease renewals, expansions, relocations, and terminations.
• Build and maintain relationships with landlords, property managers.

Qualifications:

• College level, or Bachelor's Degree (open for fresh graduate)
• Familiarity with property leasing, coordination, or warehouse sourcing is an advantage
• Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills
• Knowledge of local zoning laws and leasing regulations is preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php25,000.00 per month
