Essential Duties

  • Ensure all queries are handled promptly and professionally which relates to treasury
  • Monthly reporting of cashflow to Canon Inc
  • Ensure all journals and reconciliations are completed in accordance with monthly reporting timetables
  • Run following monthly reports: Customer Ageing Report
  • Identify any issues on reconciliations as they arise. Escalate any material issues to Process Lead/Onshore; liaise with relevant team (AR/Banking/GL/Intercompany) clear outstanding items on reconciliations.
  • Review and document own work processes and procedures and suggest improvements ensuring outstanding items will not re-occur
  • Daily update of exchange rate in D365 and Blackline and send monthly Fx rate to users for their reference
  • Prepare daily 11am report, payment set up and consolidated cash balance
  • Daily reconciliation of banks and follow up unreconciled ones
  • Maintain treasury mailbox and monitor for queries and payment processing
  • Prepare monthly Cashflow to CINC and weekly cash forecast
  • Participate in any projects where required

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years relevant experience
  • Strong treasury background
  • Has experience in doing Cashflow forecast and Payment Processing
  • Computer literacy (minimum Intermediate Excel, Intermediate Access)
  • Excellent communication skills verbal and written
  • Good level of initiative
  • Eye for detail
  • Efficient time management
