About the role

As a Finance & Strategy, Senior Analyst for the Finance Shared Services team at Zendesk, Incorporated, you will play a key role in supporting the financial and strategic initiatives of the company. This full-time position is based in Taguig City, Metro Manila, and offers opportunities for career development in a dynamic, global organisation.

What you'll be doing

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial analysis, reporting, and strategic recommendations to drive business performance
  • Produce insightful financial models and presentations to support decision-making processes
  • Assist in the month-end close process, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting
  • Support the implementation of process improvements and automation initiatives within the Finance Shared Services function
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of financial planning and analysis tools
  • Participate in special projects and ad-hoc analyses as needed

What we're looking for

  • 8+ years of experience in financial accounting and reporting, preferably within a fast-paced, technology-driven environment
  • Strong proficiency in financial modelling, data analysis, and business intelligence tools (e.g. Excel, SQL, Tableau)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present financial information to both financial and non-financial stakeholders
  • Demonstrable problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with a track record of providing strategic insights
  • Familiarity with financial systems, ERP software, and process improvement methodologies
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CMA certification is preferred
