We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented professional to join our Controlling Hub team. This position may be offered at the Finance Analyst or Senior Finance Analyst level depending on the candidate's experience, skill set, and overall fit.

As part of the Controlling function, you will be responsible for analyzing actual financial performance, identifying variances, and providing insights to support business decisions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial reporting integrity and help drive process improvements across the organization.

Financial Analysis & Reporting

  • Analyze actuals and trends, ensuring accuracy and integrity of financial data.
  • Investigate unexpected variances and prepare concise analysis for management.
  • Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.

Risk and Opportunity Assessment

  • Evaluate risks and opportunities related to financial performance.
  • Provide data-driven insights to support business strategies.

Reporting and Metrics

  • Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and financial models.
  • Support accuracy of post-close adjustments and work with end-users on issue resolution.

Audit & Compliance

  • Participate in internal audit documentation and review processes.

Process Improvement & Projects

  • Contribute to or lead process improvement initiatives focused on financial reporting.
  • Engage in regional or global projects impacting finance operations.

Senior-level candidates will take on greater responsibility in leading initiatives, managing complex data analyses, and driving cross-functional improvements.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 6–8 years of relevant experience in Accounting or Finance
  • Strong understanding of financial reporting standards (US GAAP / IFRS)
  • Experience in SAP (FI/CO required)
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Power BI and Macros is a plus
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and dynamic environment
  • CPA or MBA is a strong advantage (required for senior-level consideration)
  • Proven involvement in finance-related projects (leadership experience for senior level)
