Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven Financial Analyst to join our Transformation Finance Team. This role will be responsible for managing and maintaining all financial data associated with the Transformation Office, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and accessibility across workstreams.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of financial systems and reporting, and the ability to work collaboratively across teams. This role is critical to enabling data-informed decision-making and tracking the financial impact of transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage all financial data related to the Transformation Office, ensuring integrity and consistency across systems and reports.
  • Develop and maintain centralized databases, dashboards, and reporting tools to support transformation tracking and performance measurement.
  • Partner with PMO and Finance teams to gather, validate, and reconcile data from multiple sources.
  • Support monthly and quarterly reporting cycles, including variance analysis, forecasting, and executive summaries.
  • Identify data gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for automation or process improvement.
  • Ensure alignment between financial data and transformation KPIs, milestones, and value realization metrics.
  • Provide ad hoc analysis and reporting to support strategic decision-making and leadership requests.
  • Maintain documentation and controls around data processes and reporting standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in financial analysis, data management, or FP&A roles.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and data integration tools.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple data streams.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams.
