To support our efforts in developing a pipeline of renewable energy (e.g., solar, wind), infrastructure (e.g., airports), and real estate projects (e.g., resorts, hotels, integrated resorts, mixed-use developments) on our land in the Philippines, we are seeking to hire a Finance Analyst. This role will be responsible for translating technical, regulatory, and commercial complexities into clear, actionable investment decisions—particularly through feasibility studies and pre-investment financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Investment Analysis & Modelling:

  2. Build bank‑grade models for renewables, infrastructure, and hospitality (feasibility models, cash‑flow waterfalls, debt sculpting, DSCR/LLCR, LCOE, IRR/NPV, sensitivities/scenarios).

  3. Market & Commercial Workstreams:

  4. Analyze Philippine power market revenue paths: bilateral PPAs vs WESM exposure, tariff outlooks, curtailment risk, wheeling and interconnection considerations.

  5. Regulatory, Land & Permitting:

  6. Own the permits & approvals roadmap across Philippine agencies (CEZA, LGU, DAR, DENR/CENRO/PENRO, DOE, NGCP, ERC).

  7. Financing & Due Diligence:

  8. Compare JV, lease/royalty, revenue‑share, BOO/BOT/PPP structures and risk allocations; propose recommended terms.

  9. Analyze financial statements and forecasts to evaluate revenue potential, profitability, and risks of investment projects.
  10. Prepare financial analysis reports tailored to management and business needs.
  11. Prepare feasibility reports, valuation assessments, and risk analysis for investment decisions

  12. Conduct due diligence and feasibility studies for proposed investment projects.

  13. Reporting & Strategic Decision Support:

  14. Produce board/IC memos and 1‑page investment snapshots

  15. Deliver clear, actionable insights to support business planning and investment strategies.
  16. Participate in business forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis.

  17. Provide professional financial insights and recommendations to support management decision-making.

  18. Market Intelligence & Industry Tracking:

  19. Monitor industry data, collect information on investment projects and competitors, and conduct demand analysis.

  20. Consolidate and analyze findings to prepare feasibility and pre-investment financial analysis reports.

Qualifications

  • Graduated from a top university in the Philippines (e.g. top 5) or overseas
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; Master's preferred.
  • At least 2-3+ years in project finance/investment analysis, ideally within renewables, power, infrastructure, or real estate development.
  • Proven ability to build from‑scratch models for utility‑scale RE (solar/wind) and to adapt to infrastructure (airports/transport/utilities) and hospitality/real estate feasibility.
  • Strong knowledge of feasibility research and risk assessment.
  • Familiarity with Philippine permitting & sector mechanics (or ability to learn fast).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Strong stakeholder and vendor coordination skills; experience preparing investment memos and presenting to IC/boards.
  • Advanced Excel and proficiency with PowerPoint/Word.
  • Professional certifications such as CFA, CPA, or MBA are advantageous
