We are hiring a Quality Manager to lead cross-functional quality initiatives that elevate the standards of our SaaS platform. You'll work closely with Product, Engineering, and Support to build a quality-first culture, align on quality goals, and ensure our releases meet the highest standards. This role is key to driving our customer satisfaction, platform reliability, and operational excellence.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Define and lead the quality strategy across teams
  • Collaborate with Business and Engineering to align quality objectives
  • Develop and monitor quality KPIs and dashboards
  • Drive test automation and process efficiency
  • Lead quality reviews and audits
  • Surface and address recurring quality issues
  • Ensure product releases meet quality benchmarks
  • Promote ownership of quality across teams
  • Provide training and guidance on best practices
  • Champion continuous improvement and innovation in QA

Requirements

  • 5+ years of quality leadership experience in SaaS
  • Proven success working cross-functionally with product and engineering teams
  • Skilled in quality metrics, root cause analysis, and test automation
  • Experience with agile development cycles
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
