This role is key to driving our customer satisfaction, platform reliability, and operational excellence.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Define and lead the quality strategy across teams
  • Collaborate with Business and Engineering to align quality objectives
  • Develop and monitor quality KPIs and dashboards
  • Drive test automation and process efficiency
  • Lead quality reviews and audits
  • Surface and address recurring quality issues
  • Ensure product releases meet quality benchmarks
  • Promote ownership of quality across teams
  • Provide training and guidance on best practices
  • Champion continuous improvement and innovation in QA

Requirements

  • 5+ years of quality leadership experience in SaaS
  • Proven success working cross-functionally with product and engineering teams
  • Skilled in quality metrics, root cause analysis, and test automation
  • Experience with agile development cycles
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
