Quality Management System

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of any four year course but Industrial Engineering is an advantage
• Basic knowledge on Quality Management/ Process Excellence/ Problem Solving tools; with experience is a plus.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Proficient in software applications, particularly MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret data and information; with the ability to write and present reports
• Self-starter − able to work alone with limited supervision and in a multitask environment

JOB OBJECTIVE:

• Assist the overall documentation of Quality Management System (QMS).
• Update and finalize documented information as necessary with the guidance of QMS Supervisor.
• Ensure compliance on documented information set by the organization.
• Assist in developing baseline metrics and Key Performance Indicators.
• Help conduct review and validation of process standards, process mapping, and standard set for Supply Chain Operations.
• Help perform analysis and reporting of key operations performance measures.
• Safeguard compliance and sustainability of ISO Quality Management System (QMS).

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Help manage the documents under Quality Management System (QMS) through monitoring and checking of all registered documents and publishing of approved document.
• Help coordinates with departments and other sites and answers queries related to the QMS programs.
• Help conducts orientation and distributes required or requested documents in accordance with the Control of Documented Information Standard Procedure.
• Maintains and safe-keeps all QMS-related records.
• With Continuous Improvement Team, help Maps and analyzes process data related to QMS and identify ways to optimize capacity, reduce waste, improve work flow, increase efficiency, and reduce cost.
• With Continuous Improvement Team, help Supports in setting up of Operations Reviews and leads and/or provides guidance in conducting Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Operations Reviews at DC level.
• Documents processes, instructions, recommendations, and key metrics related to QMS.
• Help Facilitates QMS trainings and activities with QMS Lead.
• Help Provides assistance to Supply Chain Operations during audits.
• Participates in meetings, seminars, and training sessions to stay apprised of new developments in field.
• Participates in the preparation, execution, and monitoring of ISO 9001 related matters.
• Monitors Process Improvement and QMS IRs and verification of corrective actions.
• As an Internal Quality Auditor (IQA) for ISO 9001 – obtains and assesses objective evidence fairly, remain true to the purpose of the audit without fear or favor, constantly evaluate the effects of audit observations and personal interactions during an audit, treat concerned personnel in a way that will best achieve the audit purpose, perform the audit process without deviation, commit full attention and support to the audit process, react effectively in stressful situations, arrive at generally acceptable conclusions based on audit observations, and to remain true to a conclusion based on evidence despite pressure to change.
• Assists in implementation and compliance monitoring of quality and safety related projects.
• Validates data/information to determine accuracy and reliability of documented information.
• Prepares weekly and monthly updates on the documentation status of all covered departments/sites.
• Consolidates/Prepares data/reports related to the implementation of Quality Management System as assigned by the Immediate Heads.
• Performs other directly related appropriate duties and assumes accountabilities as apparent or as delegated.
