Reporting to the Director, Organisational Development, this is a key leadership role where you'll be instrumental in shaping our employees' professional journeys throughout the employee lifecycle. You'll work closely with senior leaders and the People Experience Team to design and implement strategic initiatives that enhance our organizational capabilities and drive business success.

Responsibilities:

As the Senior Manager, Organisational Development, you will be responsible for a wide range of strategic and operational projects, including:

● Onboarding: You will lead the onboarding experience for our new hires, from reviewing and redesigning the existing process to managing its ongoing delivery, planning, and evaluation. This includes ensuring a consistent and engaging induction for all new employees.

● Enterprise Learning Tool: You will manage the design and implementation of an enterprise-wide learning solution. This involves leading the solution pilot, evaluating effectiveness, and overseeing the full business rollout and adoption.

● Enterprise-Wide Development: You will assist with organisation's learning needs analysis and take responsibility for managing the creation and delivery of professional development curriculums that align with the Probe Group's capability framework.

● Mentor Program: You will manage the full lifecycle of our mentoring program, including the design, delivery, and evaluation of the pilot program.

● Facilitator Centre of Excellence: You will establish and manage a Facilitator Centre of Excellence to ensure a consistent, high standard of internal learning delivery.

● Facilitation: You will facilitate a range of learning, talent and career development programs, including induction, professional development, leadership and career acceleration programs,

● Vendor Management: You will be responsible for managing relationships with external learning and development vendors, ensuring we get the best value and service.

Budget Management: You will manage your departmental budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to support key initiatives aligned to the organisational development strategy

● Stakeholder Management: You will build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business, ensuring organisational development solutions meet their needs and align with business goals.

● Cross-Functional Collaboration: You will partner with other leaders within the People Team to support a range of other organizational development programs and initiatives, such as our performance framework and attrition management strategies.

Qualifications and Experience

● Proven experience in a senior organisational development or learning and development role, preferably within a fast-paced, complex corporate environment.

● Tertiary or post graduate qualifications in business, human resources or related field

● Demonstrated expertise in designing blended learning curriculums for large cohorts

● Demonstrated experience in the design and widescale roll out of a range of talent, learning and development programs and solutions

● Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

● Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.

● Experience with budget management and vendor relations.

● A strategic mindset with the ability to link people solutions to tangible business outcomes.
