Job Overview

A senior talent acquisition partner is required to lead the execution of our talent acquisition strategy across the APAC region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the full recruitment lifecycle across APAC with a focus on business development.
  • Partner with stakeholders to optimize recruitment outcomes reducing time-to-fill and cost-per-hire while maintaining high standards of candidate quality and experience.
  • Drive sourcing efforts through professional networks, recruitment tools, and market intelligence to attract and engage highly skilled professionals.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience as a talent acquisition partner with in-depth knowledge of APAC markets.
  • Experience with EMEA or North America is beneficial for geographic expansion.
  • Solid communication and stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to challenge constructively and advise hiring decisions with comprehensive market insights.
