AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Sourcing, Recruitment, Selection and Hiring

1.1. Screens applicants through testing & initial interview

1.2. Scheduling interviews and balancing calendars for interviewers and candidates

1.3. Timely recruits the right candidate for particular jobs/position

1.4. Job posting to online portals (Indeed & Jobstreet)

1.5. Process background checking

1.6. Maintain candidate database

1.7. Assist with new hire onboarding process (documentation, new employee orientation)

1.8. Accurate, complete & authenticity of submitted requirements and safekeeping of employee records.

  • Compensation and Benefits

2.1. Ensure correctness and timely submission of timekeeping report and monitoring of leave credits

2.2. Company loans and other deductions; screening, process, monitoring and reporting for payroll purposes

2.3. Government benefits and loans; online process of Maternity, Sickness and EC Notification. Online Approval of Loan SSS & HDMF

2.4. Reporting of New hires and separated employees to government institutions

2.5. Insurance / HMO Card enrollment and separation reports for employees

  • Administrative Task

3.1. Timely checking and submission of Manpower billings to Audit & Accounting

3.2. Monitor and request uniforms, office supplies and first aid medical supplies

3.3. Monitor and report any problems with the equipment / appliances and building facilities maintenance

3.4. Serve as Safety Officer for the company

3.5. Prepare and ensure timely submission of DOLE related reports

  • Monthly Employee Work Accident Illness Report

  • Annual Medical Report

  • Flexible Work Arrangement

3.6. Ensure the daily itinerary of Liaison Officer are monitored

3.7. Ensure office cleanliness and monitor utilization of cleaning supplies

3.8. Inspect cleaning activities of janitors.

  • Employee Relations

4.1. Facilitate / monitor employee evaluations (probationary and regular)

4.2. Assist in preparations and implementation for company events/ activities

4.3. Maintain records of monthly perfect attendance, tardiness

  1. Reporting

5.1. The position holder submits required reports required by management.

  • Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time

Performs other tasks and legal orders that may be assigned by the superior occasionally.
