About the role:

TIMEKEEPING PROCESSING

- Prepare the Attendance Summary Report of Head Office and/or Site-Based Staff for any given payroll period and ensure that these are completed within the prescribed time deadlines

- Download biometric data for the preparation of Attendance Summary for the Head Office Based staff and various project sites

- Ensure that all newly hired employees are enrolled in our Biometric system

- Coordinate with the safety & security department on the enrollment of Security Guards to our biometrics unit

- Perform biometric system clean-up or trouble shooting from time to time

- Attend to all employee questions, inquires and concerns received from employees with regards to payroll information which includes but not limited to attendance records, overtime and such.

- Tardiness and Absenteeism Process Owner

RECRUITMENT TASKS

- Collaborate with HR Staff in sourcing for candidates

- Conduct initial screening of candidates submitting their applications to the company's vacancies.

- Coordinate with successful candidates on the required pre-employment requirements to be submitted on the candidates' first working day.

EMPLOYEE RECORDS MANAGEMENT

- Ensure that all disciplinary notices are filed in the employees' respective 201 and 202 files with coordination to the respective processor.

- Perform other tasks as assigned by immediate superior from time to time

Qualifications:

- Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Administration, Psychology, or any related courses.

- At least one (1) to three (3) years' work experience in the same field.

- Fresh graduates with strong potential are welcome to apply.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

- Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion

- A team player with a positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving
