Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated HR Associate – Recruitment and Engagement to support our talent acquisition efforts and employee engagement initiatives. This role plays a key part in attracting, hiring, and retaining top talent, while also enhancing the overall employee experience through effective engagement programs.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment:

  • Coordinate and support end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles across the organization.

  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create compelling job descriptions and postings.

  • Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment events.

  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and schedule interviews with hiring teams.

  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate candidate records.

  • Support onboarding processes and ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

Employee Engagement:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives and programs.

  • Organize events such as onboarding sessions, team-building activities, employee recognition programs, and wellness initiatives.

  • Collect and analyze employee feedback through surveys, focus groups, and informal channels.

  • Support internal communication efforts to promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

  • Monitor engagement KPIs and help implement action plans for continuous improvement.
