Responsibilities:

  • Conducts enterprise-wide information technology planning by consulting with internal staff to identify and prioritize the information technology needs of the organization. Develops, coordinates, guides and maintains IT systems strategic and operational plans in support of the organization's strategic plan
  • Provides guidance and leadership on evaluation, selection, implementation and maintenance of the organization's information systems by evaluating alternatives, performing appropriate cost benefit analysis and recommending solutions that balance cost and acceptable risks
  • Provides advice, counsel, education and service concerning issues and trends in the IT industry
  • Communicates IT plans, policies and technology trends throughout the organization and promotes and oversees relationships between IT resources and internal and external customers
  • Develops and maintains enterprise IT policies and procedures to ensure the protection of IT assets and the integrity, security and privacy of information
  • Develops and maintains an enterprise-wide business recovery plan to ensure timely and effective restoration of IT services in the event of a disaster
  • Develops and maintains an annual operating and capital budget for network information and technology systems operations

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (Master's or certifications is a plus)
  • 10+ years work experience in enterprise systems and infrastructure
  • Strong background in IT strategic planning, implementation, and risk management
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, disaster recovery plans, and IT governance
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity, cloud solutions, and industry trends
