Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and drive daily sales performance, managing opportunities across all channels and intervening in high-priority deals to ensure progress and conversion.
  • Approve pricing, resolve customer objections, and enforce strict CRM hygiene for accurate opportunity tracking.
  • Collaborate closely with SDRs and Inside Sales to identify gaps, accelerate leads, and coach the sales team daily on closing techniques and deal management.
  • Lead a performance-focused team culture through daily check-ins, training, and accountability, ensuring alignment with company goals and dynamic account management.
  • Maintain accurate sales data, dashboards, and forecasts while addressing underperformance proactively.
  • Represent the sales team in cross-functional meetings, partnering with marketing, operations, and leadership to optimize tools, campaigns, and processes.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and report transparently to senior leadership.

Qualifications:

  • Proven leadership experience in managing and driving sales teams to meet and exceed targets
  • Strong ability to develop and execute sales strategies aligned with business goals
  • Demonstrated experience coaching team members through live deal execution and leading by example
  • Thrives in fast-paced, metrics-driven environments with a focus on structure, urgency, and accountability
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for engaging with clients and internal teams
  • Deep understanding of sales processes, tools, CRM systems, and best practices
  • Skilled in deal negotiation and closing sales
  • Experienced in building, motivating, and developing high-performing sales teams
  • Familiarity with the tech industry, U.S. client base, and competitive market landscape
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills with adaptability to changing priorities and market conditions

Work Experience

  • Minimum of 3–5 years in a Manager, Senior Manager, or Director-level sales leadership role
  • Proven experience with product and client ownership
  • At least 3–5 years of people management experience
  • Experience in budget management

Technical & Other Skills

  • Proficient in spreadsheets and word processing software
  • Strong English communication skills – both written and verbal
  • Skilled in business and report writing
  • Excellent sales acumen, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
