As Senior Accounts Manager, you will take the lead in building strong client relationships, securing business growth, and mentoring a passionate sales team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in Sales and/or Account Management or related field. Preferably in an advertising or creative agency.
  • Proven experience in account management or sales leadership.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage teams and inspire performance.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and grow high-value client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders.
  • Drive account strategy by identifying client needs, shaping solutions, and positioning Creazion Studios as a long-term partner.
  • Oversee the full sales cycle, proposal development, negotiations, and deal closure, ensuring profitable and sustainable partnerships.
  • Mentor and guide junior account managers in client servicing, proposal writing, and account management best practices.
  • Partner with internal teams to align on client objectives, ensuring flawless execution of campaigns and activations.
  • Monitor market shifts, competitor activity, and emerging trends to inform business development strategies.
  • Deliver accurate pipeline forecasting, performance reporting, and growth projections to leadership.
  • Represent Creazion Studios at industry events, strengthening the brand's network and visibility.
  • Champion collaboration across departments to drive innovation and optimize client results.
  • Handle escalations and resolve complex client challenges with professionalism and impact.
