Position Overview
360–365 Marketing OPC is urgently hiring a Team Leader/CRM Manager with solid experience handling healthcare accounts. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, can manage CRM operations, and can guide a team to consistently meet KPIs in a fast-paced night-shift environment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Team Leader, Supervisor, or CRM Manager
- Background in healthcare accounts is required
- Strong leadership, coaching, and performance management skills
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable and experienced working the night shift
- Can start immediately
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team to achieve performance targets
- Oversee CRM systems, workflows, and customer service processes
- Monitor team metrics and prepare performance reports
- Handle escalations and ensure high-quality customer experience
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and healthcare-related protocols
- Collaborate with management on strategy and operational improvements
