About the Role:
We are seeking a Team Leader who will play a key role in managing and supporting a team of customer service professionals. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys developing people, and is passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences. You will be responsible for monitoring daily operations, setting performance goals, providing coaching and feedback, and ensuring that service standards are consistently met.
As a Team Leader, you'll also collaborate with other departments to resolve escalations, identify process improvements, and contribute to a culture of excellence and accountability within the team.
Qualifications:
Minimum 7 years of Customer Service experience, preferably in a BPO or Contact Center setting
At least 3 years of leadership experience handling a team of customer service representatives
Strong background in coaching, mentoring, and performance management
Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
Results-driven mindset with a focus on quality, efficiency, and team engagement
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From Php40,000.00 per month
