A Pastry Chef has the Key Responsibilities of:

• Stock Management: Monitor food and supply stocks, restocking items as necessary, and assisting with inventory counts.


• Equipment Maintenance: Ensure that kitchen equipment is kept in good working condition, reporting any maintenance or repair issues to the kitchen manager.


• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with pastry chefs to ensure efficient service and communication during product preparation and service times.


• Adhere to Safety Standards: Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines, including proper food handling and storage practices.
